Abstract

This paper aims to know the main challenges of teacher training, in Professional and Technological Education (EPT), through practice over the last five years. The research is exploratory, documental and bibliographic with a qualitative approach. For the development of this study, a bibliographic survey was carried out, prioritizing recent information from articles published over the last five years, seeking to identify, map and characterize the main challenges of teacher training in the EPT. The research revealed to be innovative with regard to the new challenges detected here, showing the need for reflective studies, related to care with the teaching profile, with continuing education, still as the invasion of new technologies for the strengthening of these professionals, who need to dialogue with other knowledge.
