Abstract

If the lives of people of color and poverty experience more difficulties, this is not by chance. The Necropolitcs is on all sides of the apparently acidental events that cause permanente osclillations in the conditions of existence. If during the COVID-19 pandemic, in Brazil, death was more frequente among blacks and the poor and misery was greater among survivors of these same groups, this speaks of a fragility that is na effect of the political power of exptermination and segregation exercised in times of health crisis. In this article, I intend to think about how Educational Instituions are mechanisms to intensify segregation. If the quota law promotes inclusion, the process of exclusion is more eficiente when the biggest challenge for institutions becomes the implementation of technologial resources, despite the exclusion they may cause.
