Abstract

The mean objective of this research was to understand the public servants’ point of view about their experiences during the pandemic lock down. The servantsinterviewed work in a Federal School from Minas Gerais. This research is qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory. The participants were interviewed through an online questionnaire application. The negative aspects pointed by the servants were: no human contact, lack of capacitation courses, and inadequate institutional infrastructure. In a general way, the results lead to positive discussions related to servants’ adaptation to remote work. Technology was considered as a good support in the adaptation process, the reasons for this consideration were:technology provides time saving in some events as meetings, furthermore,it, also,provides the knowledge about new work tools.
