Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to verify the knowledge and practice reported by professionals working in immunization regarding the storage, conservation and administration of immunobiologicals and to describe the educational intervention carried out with these professionals. Applied, cross-sectional research, carried out in October 2021. The sample consisted of 53 professionals in the pre-intervention stage and 90 in the educational intervention. It is concluded that educational intervention for professionals working in immunization according to their learning needs, using active methodologies, is necessary, providing opportunities for the exchange of knowledge and experiences, seeking to improve the quality of care and practices in immunization
