Abstract

The article investigates the impacts of the manifestation of Law n. 13,145 (BRASIL, 2017), known as the New High School Reform, in the perception of the management team. The research is exploratory, with a qualitative approach, including discussions based on official legislation and research involving the theme in question. Questionnaires applied to managers of state schools in Linhares-ES and the Content Analysis methodology were used as data construction instruments, in order to understand the meanings and meanings of communications. The results demonstrate that the materialization of the Reform permeates unique realities and difficulties in the implementation process of the NEM, whether in the training of teachers to the pedagogical practice proposed about the Training Itineraries.
