About the Journal
The Human Rights and Society Journal (RDHS) is a biannual and continuous publication, through the development of actions of the Postgraduate Program in Law of the Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense (Unesc).
The main purpose of RDSH is to establish itself as a democratic space for the dissemination of unpublished (nationally and internationally) and original scientific articles, which originate from critical and interdisciplinary research on Human Rights and Society, in its multiple dimensions.
