Abstract

Abstract: It seeks to analyze, based on the experience of professors, preceptors and nursing students, how physiological factors interfere in learning processes in the practical field. Descriptive qualitative study, developed through semi-structured interviews, in a nursing college and university hospital in the Brazilian center-west region, with 22 participants, whose data were analyzed using IRaMuTeQ and Thematic Content Analysis software. 17 thematic classes were found grouped into 3 themes that expressed the influence of physiological factors on the experience in clinical practice, through the articulation of memory, attention and planning systems as great allies or enablers of the learning process and the interference of emotions in the process.

Graduated in Nursing and Midwifery from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (1981), Specialization in Management of Federal University Hospitals in the SUS and in Quality in Health and Patient Safety. Master's degree in Nursing from the University of São Paulo (1995), Doctorate in Science from the School of Nursing at USP - University of São Paulo. She is a professor at the Federal University of Mato Grosso, Leader of the GEFOR Research Group - Management, Education and Training in Health and Nursing. Advisor in Postgraduate Nursing Programs - FAEN/UFMT. Develops research in the area of ​​Nursing Education and Nursing Management. Member of RIIEE - Iberoamerican Network for Research in Nursing Education, as representative of the State of Mato Grosso.

Carolina Giordani da Silva, Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso

Adjunct Professor of the Medical-Surgical Nursing Department of the Faculty of Nursing - FAEN - of the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT). PhD in Nursing from the Postgraduate Program in Nursing at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), with a 6-month period of Sandwich Doctorate at the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM), in Spain, awarded a scholarship through of the PRINT/CAPES Notice. Master's degree in Nursing in (2011) from UFRGS and Bachelor's degree in Nursing from UFRGS (2002). Specialist in Occupational Nursing from Faculdade São Camilo (2008), Specialist in Multidisciplinary Nephrology from the Federal University of Maranhão and UNASUS (2016). I worked as a Full Technical Analyst at SESI/FIERGS in the Occupational Health and Safety Management (GESST). I worked as a teacher at SENAI - Regional Department of Rio Grande do Sul in the area of ​​Occupational Safety and Health, Professor at SEG - Galileu Educational System and nurse at the Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre. Michelly Kim de Oliveira Rosa Guimarães, Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso

She has a degree in Nursing from the Federal University of Mato Grosso, completed in 2006 and a Master's degree from the same institution, defended in 2008. She is currently a Professor at the Faculty of Nursing at the Federal University of Mato Grosso. She has professional experience in the area of ​​Nursing, with an emphasis on Neonatal Nursing, management and auditing of public health services. He works as a teacher mainly on the following topics: neonatology, health services management, quality and safety in patient care, evaluation of health services, adult health and education.
