Perspectivas de inclusão social e econômica através de empreendimentos de economia solidária

O artigo em questão tem por objetivo demonstrar a relevância das cooperativas da agricultura familiar na região do Alto Vale do Rio do Peixe. Neste sentido, destaca o crescimento e a influência dessas organizações para as minorias sociais. Estas têm o intuito de fortalecer a igualdade social, por meio, do acesso à renda e consequentemente da melhoria da qualidade de vida. A pesquisa é descritiva e foi realizada de forma documental, evidenciando os perfis das cooperativas e a forte presença da agricultura familiar na região, sendo que estas agregam produtores potenciais. Essa conjuntura pode propiciar a inclusão social e a geração de renda, princípios básicos da sustentabilidade e economia solidária. Conclui-se que a economia solidária promove a inclusão dos grupos minoritários do processo de produção e geração de renda, além de auxiliar os pequenos produtores a serem mais competitivos frente aos obstáculos do mercado. Portanto, ela contribui para o desenvolvimento sustentável da região através da inclusão social e econômica, e no controle da marginalização e do êxodo rural.
