Ciência, tecnologia e inovação (CT&I) como proxy para uma estratégia nacional de desenvolvimento econômico e social

O país tem experimentado muitas iniciativas estratégicas em direção ao desenvolvimento nacional. Do Plano SALTE aos PPAs, o Brasil vem a cada período de sua história econômica desenvolvendo projetos, programas e planos cujo objetivo concorre para o desenvolvimento econômico e social do país. Em meio à um contexto nacional de crise, são necessárias medidas estratégicas de longo prazo que ajudem a retomar o processo de crescimento da economia brasileira e promover de forma inclusiva e sustentada um processo de desenvolvimento socioeconômico. Considerando a atual conjuntura da economia, este estudo buscou apresentar as principais estratégias nacionais para a promoção do desenvolvimento econômico e social do Brasil: E-digital, Encti e Endes. Essas estratégias foram desenvolvidas levando em consideração os anseios sociais dos brasileiros, megatendências mundiais e a Agenda 2030 global definida em 2015 pela ONU. A partir de uma metodologia essencialmente teórico-bibliográfica, foi possível compreender que as estratégias nacionais delineadas para uma economia mais digitalizada, levam consideração com grande ponderação as iniciativas no campo da ciência, tecnologia e inovação (CT&I) como motores propulsores, proxies, para o processo de aumento de produtividade, complexidade econômica e alcance do desenvolvimento econômico e social inclusivo e sustentado. O futuro é incerto, porém, com uma diretriz estratégica definida os caminhos tornam-se menos tortuosos e o objetivo mais claro. Os primeiros passos foram e ainda serão dados na construção de um país que ainda precisa remover barreiras e vencer desafios para tornar-se desenvolvido. Mais investimentos em CT&I, com resultados concretos, talvez seja o caminho a ser perseguido.
