The objective of this article is to analyze the process of co-production of health services in three hospitals in Grande Florianópolis: Hospital Universitário, Celso Ramos, and Regional. To achieve this, public servants linked to these hospitals were interviewed. The advantages of the co-production process identified were cost reduction, the utilization of physical space, and greater agility in processes. The disadvantages were the questionable quality of services provided and the lack of worker commitment.
